With over two decades of experience in public accounting, Joal offers comprehensive expertise in consulting, assurance, and tax advisory services. Having spent more than 10 years with a national firm, Joal has developed a deep and diverse background, which enables him to offer strategic, high-level solutions to clients across a wide range of industries.
Joal’s approach to client service is rooted in his belief that the role of an accountant goes beyond compliance. He strives to provide proactive, value-driven advice that helps clients not only meet their regulatory requirements but also achieve their business objectives. By embracing the latest in accounting technologies, Joal ensures that clients benefit from streamlined processes, real-time financial data, and timely, accurate reporting that drives better decision-making.

Joal is a dedicated volunteer, currently serving on the Board of Directors for United Way SSM & Algoma, where he actively contributes to local initiatives that help strengthen the community. Outside of his professional life, you’ll likely find him spending time with his family, cycling, or on the golf course.

With over a decade of experience in public accounting, Riki Olszewski specializes in audit and assurance services for not-for-profit organizations. Her in-depth knowledge of the sector’s financial and regulatory landscape has made her a valuable advisor to many community-based organizations across Northern Ontario.
Riki is committed to bringing efficiency and clarity to her clients through the integration of modern accounting technologies. Outside the office, Riki is an active member of her local school’s parent council, where she contributes her time and expertise to projects that benefit students and their families. Riki also enjoys travelling, spending time with her family, and staying engaged in local initiatives that support her community.
Michael Goodship, CPA, CGA
Senior Manager
With nearly 12 years of diverse experience spanning public accounting, government, and the not-for-profit sector, his well-rounded background allows him to bring a broad perspective and practical insight to every client engagement.
At the firm, Michael is responsible for overseeing a wide range of client files, including both personal and corporate tax preparation and planning. He is known for his strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a client-centric approach that ensures each client receives personalized service and strategic guidance tailored to their unique needs.
Michael is passionate about building lasting relationships and takes great pride in being a reliable resource for his clients year-round—not just at tax time.
Deeply committed to giving back, Michael actively serves on the Board of Directors for several local charities, using his expertise to support meaningful causes within his community.
